Role: Lead Workday Financial Functional consultant Or Senior Consultant.

Role Summary:
Workday Lead / Senior Consultant to lead the Oracle-to-Workday Finance transformation for a team of ~50 members. This role will be responsible for technical leadership, decision-making, and mentoring internal resources during the transition.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end Workday Finance implementation and transition
• Act as the primary Workday SME for the Finance organization
• Drive solution design, configuration strategy, and best practices
• Partner with leadership to evaluate build vs. train vs. contractor strategy
• Estimate effort, timelines, and market rates for Workday resources
• Oversee report development, integrations, and data accuracy
• Guide and train internal team members on Workday functionality
• Provide governance, risk management, and issue resolution
• Ensure successful go-live and stabilization

• Must haves: 

• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Finance
  • Proven experience leading Workday implementations or migrations
  • Deep understanding of Workday configuration, security, and reporting
  • Ability to guide business leaders on cost, resourcing, and training decisions
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills
