Role:Sr. Software Engineer (Android Developer)

Location: Irving, TX(Onsite Role)

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications

·7+ years of experience in product development as an engineer or senior engineer. 

·Expert in Android App Development, following best practices, in Kotlin and Java.

·Proficient in RESTful api communication using retrofit and okhttp.

·Proficient in Unit and UI Testing methodologies with CI/CD integration.

·Solid understanding of Material Design for Android.

·Experience with offline storage, threading and performance tuning, dependency injection.

·Experience in SOLID programming principles.

·Demonstrated expertise in MVVM architecture.

·Solid understanding of Material Design for Android.

·Proven track record for building applications for the diverse and fragmented Android device ecosystem.

·Ability to work in an Agile /SCRUM environment.

·Well organized with a bias for action with minimal direction.

·A team player with a start-up/entrepreneur mindset.

·Ravenous about learning technology and problem solving.
