Position :Azure DevOps Lead

Location: Remote

 • Strong in cloud native design patterns; Microservices, API, event-driven architecture, and containerization (AKS)

* Java development though it would be great if we could find someone with functional programming skills in Rust or other.

* Familiarity with Data Mesh architecture

 • Platform-first mindset – ability to design scalable and reusable systems rather than isolated solutions.

 • Confidence in choosing the right design patterns and tools to align with overall architecture and data strategies. Leadership & Collaboration Skills

 • Able to speak both tech and biz fluently.

 • Agile mindset; comfortable leading scrum ceremonies, managing backlogs, and adapting to change.

* Ability to lead whiteboard sessions and empathize with junior development team members.
