Sr.Workday Developer

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of hands-on experience configuring and developing Workday solutions, with a focus on both HR and Finance modules.
  • Experience with Workday HR modules: Core HCM, Payroll, Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Talent Management, Absence Management, and Reporting.
  • Experience with Workday Finance modules: Financial Management (Accounting, Procurement, Expenses), Spend Management, Revenue Management, and Financial Reporting.
  • Expertise in Workday reporting tools such as Report Writer, Prism Analytics, Workday BI, and custom report development.
  • Strong understanding of Workday integrations, including Workday Studio, EIB, Workday Integration Cloud, Core Connectors, and third-party integrations between HR and Finance.
  • Experience in configuring Workday security, including roles, permissions, and security groups for both HR and Finance users.
  • Proven ability to configure financial structures in Workday, including Chart of Accounts, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, and related financial dimensions.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning modules within Workday.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions for both HR and Finance teams.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional team environment and managing multiple stakeholders from both HR and Finance functions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
