About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and analytical Senior Business Analyst / Business Data Analyst to lead strategic initiatives in process enhancement, data-driven decision making, and workflow automation. The ideal candidate brings a rare combination of business acumen, technical agility, and operational insight to drive high-impact change across dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse complex business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and automation.

Conduct end-to-end business analysis—requirement gathering, stakeholder interviews, workflow documentation, and gap analysis.

Translate business needs into actionable data requirements and collaborate closely with technical teams to implement solutions.

Lead workshops and JAD sessions to elicit, analyse, and validate requirements.

Create visual process documentation (AS-IS / TO-BE) and develop data flow diagrams and KPIs.

Leverage low-code/no-code tools to prototype workflow automations or dashboards.

Work cross-functionally with stakeholders across operations, product, and technical teams to align business goals with technical execution.

Perform deep-dive data analysis using Excel, Alteryx, and AI tools to uncover patterns, measure performance, and deliver insights.

Support testing efforts by writing test scripts and validating results to ensure solution accuracy and business alignment.             

Deliver user training, support UAT, and provide post-implementation support.

Qualification:

12+ years of experience in business analysis, process optimization, or data-driven consulting.

Proven ability to transform business challenges into scalable, data-driven solutions.

Strong documentation skills and an eye for process design and efficiency.

Comfort working across business and technical teams to drive aligned outcomes.

A mindset for continuous improvement and the ability to adapt in fast-paced environments.
