JobSummary:
The JDELead will be responsible for leading the support, enhancement, andmodernization of clients JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE E1) ERP system.
This rolewill involve overseeing day-to-day application management activities,coordinating issue resolution.
Leadingsmall enhancements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align JDEcapabilities with Buckeye’s business goals.
Thecandidate will serve as the primary point of contact for all JDE-relatedmatters and manage both internal and offshore support teams to maintain servicelevels and deliver continuous improvement.
RequiredSkills and Experience:
10+ yearsof experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE E1), including recent hands-onexperience as a lead.
Strongfunctional knowledge of one or more modules such as Financials (GL/AP/AR),Distribution (Sales/Procurement), or Manufacturing.
Technicalknowledge in CNC, E1 page customizations, UDOs, and orchestrations is a plus.
Priorexperience managing JD Edwards in a managed services model or productionsupport environment.
Strongtroubleshooting and problem-solving skills across both functional and technicaldomains.
Excellentcommunication and client engagement skills; ability to interact with businessand IT stakeholders.
Experiencewith service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow), ITIL practices, andSLA-driven environments.
Familiaritywith change control processes, test planning, and deployment cycles.
PreferredQualifications:
Experiencesupporting JDE in the Oil & Gas, Midstream, or Utilities sectors.
Knowledgeof integrations between JDE and OT/field systems (e.g., Maximo, SCADA).
ITILcertification or training.
Experiencewith data migration, archival strategies, or JDE
KeyResponsibilities:
Serve asthe primary JDE functional and technical lead for Buckeye’s ERP landscape.
Manage andresolve JDE incidents, service requests, and enhancement tickets per definedSLAs.
Lead rootcause analysis for recurring issues and recommend long-term fixes or processimprovements.
Collaboratewith Buckeye business teams (Finance, Supply Chain, Operations) to understandand implement business requirements.
Drive minorand major enhancements through design, configuration, testing, and deploymentin JDE.
Provideleadership to a global support team (onshore/offshore/nearshore) and coordinateworkload, escalations, and status updates.
Ensureproper documentation is maintained for configurations, customizations, andprocesses.
Monitorsystem performance and coordinate patching, upgrades, and integrations in linewith Buckeye’s IT change management process.
Supportintegration of JDE with other enterprise systems (e.g., reporting platforms,procurement, maintenance).
Participatein governance calls, client status meetings, and planning sessions to supportBuckeye’s IT roadmap.
