Strong technical hands-on experience in IBM Mainframes, COBOL, DB2, CICS, and JCL.

Knowledge of MQ, Stored Procedures, SPUFI, SCLM, and IMS/DB would be a plus.

Experience in the retail business domain would be an added advantage.

Strong analytical skills are essential.

Excellent communication skills are required.
