RoleOverviewThe PM will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projectsinvolving eClinical technologies, with a strong emphasis on eCOA (electronicClinical Outcome Assessment) systems. This includes managing cross-functionalteams, aligning with regulatory and compliance standards, and ensuring timelydelivery of milestones across device provisioning, data integration, and clientonboarding.

RequiredSkills & Experience

Provenexperience managing eClinical or eCOA product implementations.

Own theend-to-end delivery of eClinical initiatives, including eCOA platform rollouts,device provisioning, and integration with client systems

Familiaritywith device provisioning workflows and mobile device management

Strongunderstanding of clinical trial operations, regulatory compliance, and dataprivacy.

Excellentcommunication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership skills.

PMP orequivalent certification preferred.

KeyResponsibilities

ProjectLeadership: Own the end-to-end delivery of eClinical initiatives, includingeCOA platform rollouts, device provisioning, and integration with clientsystems

StakeholderManagement: Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders from Capgemini,Client and Vendor to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables

TeamCoordination: Lead cross-functional teams including developers, QA, regulatory,and IT support. Tag and onboard team members for time tracking and taskownership.

Risk& Issue Management: Identify project risks early, develop mitigationstrategies, and escalate issues as needed.

Reporting& Communication: Provide regular updates to leadership and clients,including status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
