TheEnterprise Resource Project Management Organization (ERPMO) is currentlylooking for a senior-level program manager (equivalent to a GM) with PlanviewPortfolio Implementation experience to oversee a large-scale, multi-yearimplementation program/project.

A teamof 50+ individuals

Implementationacross 10,000+ users

Significantcapital management responsibilities

Multiplevendor contracts and external labor coordination

Thisperson will be the program manager of the Planview Portfolios ConnectedSolution program.

Responsibilitiesinclude:

Provideprogram leadership and direction

Manageand lead the Program Team

Providekey program decisions ยท Act as an advocate for the program

Managingthe full life cycle of large complex enterprise programs from initiation tocompletion

Accountableto program sponsors for schedule, budget, and quality of all project elementswhile leading high level sessions for planning, schedule development, andproject execution.

Monitoringprogram health, understanding constraints and tradeoffs, and facilitatingaction to deliver value and achieve performance targets.

Assigningwork to project managers and program core team members based on organizationalpriority, skill sets, engagement, and development.

Utilizingproject delivery methodologies, staffing models, vendor management practices,Lean/Agile thinking, and capital labor

 

Theprogram manager will be accountable for strategic leadership, executionoversight, and ensuring alignment across business and IT stakeholders.

Manycomplexities and unknowns exist, which will require strong leadership andstrategic thinking. 

2.Extensiveexperience leading large-scale IT programs, including successful PlanviewPortfolios implementations within financial services environments.

3.Strategicand analytical mindset, with a consistent record of navigating constraints andtradeoffs effectively

4.Provenability to build and sustain cross-functional partnerships, ensuringalignment across business and IT organizations.

5.Comprehensiveknowledge of project portfolio management (PPM), organizational changemanagement (OCM), vendor management, capital planning, Lean principles, anddiverse project delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
