Title: SAP SD/GTS Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements, convert requirements tofunctional and technical specifications, design cross functional solutions tomeet complex business requirements and participate in new technologyevaluations

Perform and document software application configurationand/or coding, prepare and execute testing (unit, integration, performance,acceptance) and data conversions using standard tools and follow establishedprocesses and guidelines.

Oversee execution of multiple projects, managing a team ofGTS consultants, provide technical guidance, workload management of the teamand assessing budgets vs actual spend for the projects.

Managing intake of new requirements from business to performassessment, high level design, project sizing and estimation

Functional Knowledge

Demonstrate conceptual andpractical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of relateddisciplines

Has knowledge of best practices andhow own area integrates with others.

Education and Experience

Must Have:

8-10 years SAP configurationexperience in Sales and Distribution (SD) and Global trade services (GTS)minimum, including 2-3 full life cycle implementations

Project Management Experience ofrunning multiple projects, managing a team of GTS consultants, assessingbudgets vs actual spend.

Managing intake of new requirementsfrom business to perform assessment, high level design, project sizing andestimation.

Experience with the design ofenhancements and continuous improvement projects involving Global tradeservices (GTS) – Compliance Management (Sanctioned Party Lists, Embargo, LegalControl) and Customs Management and integration points with SAP ERP.

Solid knowledge of Global tradeservices (GTS) customs Declaration document and associated forms likecommercial invoice.

Experience using US Automatedexport system (AES) filing using Global trade services (GTS) and filing throughBroker Interface.

Experience to perform configurationand enhancements in Sales and distribution (SD) Billing, Pricing and billingcopy control in SAP ECC.

Knowledge in all areas of the Orderto Cash process: sales order configuration, pricing, delivery processing andwarehouse management.

Experience promoting changes toProduction and associated methodology, including writing and executing testplans

Analytical team player, able tolearn quickly, can prioritize and multi-task

Strong English verbal and writtenskills

Strong organizational skills andeagerness to drive deliverables to closure

Self-starter and proactive,including managing deliverables, able to work independently, understandingtimelines and deadlines with minimal guidance

Nice to Have:

Knowledge of working with DataAnalytics – collaborate with Hadoop and Tableau to prepare various dashboards.Prepare Functional Specification, Participate in design and testing of HadoopTables and Tableau Dashboards

Experience with SAP SecurityFunctions

Experience supporting SAP TechnicalUpgrades

Working on/developing customInterfaces

Knowledge of SAP CRMfunctionalities e.g. Opportunities, Contracts , Service Case

Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA andintegration with SAP GTS
