Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Test Automation Architect with expertise inPython programming, Robot Framework, mobile application testing, and CI/CDpipelines. The ideal candidate will lead automation strategy, design scalabletesting frameworks, and oversee the setup of mobile device farms and monitoringdashboards to ensure robust deployment cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable test automation frameworks using Robot Framework, Appium, and Selenium.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Python and Robot Framework for mobile and web applications.
• Architect and oversee mobile application testing strategies, including setup and management of mobile device farms.
• Develop custom dashboards in Grafana for real-time monitoring and reporting of automation metrics and system health.
• Provide expert guidance in mobile automation, specializing in Appium with XCUITest and resolving complex technical issues.
• Drive Test Data Management (TDM) strategies and solutions across projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Architecture, Development to integrate QAE processes.
• Implement In-sprint and Shift Left testing methodologies.
• Drive the implementation and evolution of CI/CD pipelines with automation integration.
• Ensure coding standards and best practices are followed across multiple teams.
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to Test Automation Leads and senior engineers.

Qualifications:

• Education background- B.Tech in Computer science, Information Technology or related field.
• Extensive experience in Python programming Robot Framework (6+ years preferred).
• Strong experience in mobile automation (Appium with XCUITest, UIAutomator).
• Expertise in Robot Framework, Selenium, Appium, and modern test automation tools.
• Proven track record of implementing automation frameworks using Python-based solutions.
• Experience driving Test Data Management (TDM) strategies.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Shift Left testing approaches.
• Experience in tool acquisition, licensing, and optimization.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and cross-team collaboration skills.
  Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities.
• Expertise in test automation tools like Robot Framework, Playwright, Selenium, Appium and scripting languages such as Python.
