Required Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree inComputer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or Equivalent workexperience (5+ years in AI/cloud development) may substitute.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with SageMaker,Bedrock, Kendra, Textract, Transcribe, Rekognition, Translate.

Python (mandatory), NodeJS(preferred).

           REST API development (e.g., Flask/FastAPI, AWS Lambda + API Gateway).

           Prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning, hallucination/bias evaluation.

           RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) for knowledge-based chatbots.

           Full-stack awareness (frontend-backend integration).

           Caching/memory optimization (e.g., DynamoDB, ElastiCache).

Required Soft Skills

           Collaboration with business/technical teams.

           PoC development, code reviews, and mentoring.

Responsibilities

          Text extraction, speech-to-text, chat assistants (knowledge/transactional),workflow automation (AI agents).

           Design and deploy solutions using Bedrock, SageMaker, Kendra, etc.

           Assess LLM outputs for hallucination/toxicity.

           Implement caching/memory patterns for performance.

           Lead PoCs, recommend best practices, review team code.

           Translate business needs into technical solutions.

Bonus/Nice-to-Have

           Full-stack development experience (e.g., React + AWS backend).

           Familiarity with LangChain, AWS Step Functions, Bedrock Agents..
