Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical support.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other peripherals.
• Assist with user account management, including password resets and access permissions.
• Provide guidance on IT best practices, security protocols, and system usage.
• Document support requests, solutions, and technical procedures for future reference.
• Collaborate with the IT team to improve system performance and implement new technologies.
• Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in an IT support or help desk role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common software applications.
• Familiarity with networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues with a logical approach.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
